carnivore nachos supreme
Growing up in Tucson, Arizona, nachos have always been a staple in my diet and I am so happy that I can continue to include them – even as a carnivore!
Ingredients
1/2 bag pork rinds
2 oz / 50g shredded cheese
1 lb / 500g ground beef
60g sour cream
chives
Instructions
- cook ground beef in a frying pan on the stovetop
- lay pork rinds in a single layer on a cooking sheet lined with aluminum foil
- layer shredded cheese, cooked beef, and additional cheese onto pork rinds
- bake at 350F / 180C for 5 minutes
- after removing from the oven, transfer to serving platter, layering more shredded cheese and sour cream to taste
- optional: garnish with chives or green onions as desired
