cheese-stuffed meatballs with slutty eggs

Cheese-stuffed meatballs are a fun variation on your typical ball of meat. The slutty eggs in this recipe remind me of polenta in the best way!

Ingredients

6.75 oz / 190 g ground beef

1 slice of bacon

1/2 oz / 12g cheese

1/2 oz / 12g cream cheese

3 eggs

1/2 T / 7g butter

salt to taste

Instructions

  1. preheat oven to 350F / 180C fan
  2. mince bacon, mix with cream cheese and ground beef
  3. cube cheese into 6 equal pieces (2g per piece)
  4. roll into balls, flatten, fill with cheese cubes, and wrap into ball around cheese
  5. bake for 15-20 mins until done (alternatively, air-fry for 10 minutes at 350F / 180C, flipping halfway through)
  6. make slutty eggs with the 3 eggs and 1/2 T butter and serve meatballs on top
