bacon cheeseburger on an egg bun

One of my favorite meals of all time – the bacon cheeseburger – is elevated with a zero-carb bun option!

Ingredients

4.5 oz / 125g ground beef

1 slice of bacon

1 oz / 25g cheese

1 carnivore egg bun

Instructions

  1. make egg bun
  2. fry bacon in a skillet over medium heat
  3. shape burger patty from ground beef and salt to taste
  4. fry the burger in saucepan til cooked to desired doneness
  5. top with cheese, bacon, and plate on bun (optional: toast the bun before plating)
