bacon cheeseburger on an egg bun
One of my favorite meals of all time – the bacon cheeseburger – is elevated with a zero-carb bun option!
Ingredients
4.5 oz / 125g ground beef
1 slice of bacon
1 oz / 25g cheese
Instructions
- make egg bun
- fry bacon in a skillet over medium heat
- shape burger patty from ground beef and salt to taste
- fry the burger in saucepan til cooked to desired doneness
- top with cheese, bacon, and plate on bun (optional: toast the bun before plating)
