bangers & no-carb mash

Ingredients
2 sausages
100mL / 1/2 c heavy whipping cream
2 eggs
100g / 4 oz cheddar
Instructions
For the fauxtato:
- preheat oven to 180 C / 350 F fan
- add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl
- using an immersion blender, mix all ingredients together until creamy batter forms
- fill buttered 9x6x3.5″ baking dish with mixture
- bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the center of the batter sets
For the sausages:
- preheat air-fryer to 180 C / 350 F
- poke sausages with a fork to prevent splitting
- air-fry sausages for 12 minutes at 180 C / 350 F fan, flipping halfway through the cooking process
