pan-fried halloumi

I am a total potato fiend. Now that I don’t eat plants, fried halloumi will forever be my favorite french fry replacement.

Ingredients

halloumi

1 T duck fat or ghee

Instructions

  1. slice halloumi into 1/4 inch “fries”
  2. heat 1T duck fat in a pan over medium-high heat
  3. sear each side of the halloumi fries for 1 minute until golden
  4. optional: garnish with fresh mint and serve with carnivore ranch
