asian-inspired flanken ribs
Flanken ribs are a delicious and tender cut of meat! Try out this recipe for a flavorful and mouthwatering meal.
Ingredients
1lb flanken ribs
2 T fish sauce
1/4 c coconut aminos (optional)
1/4 c beef broth
1 tsp ginger (optional)
1 tsp garlic (optional)
Salt to taste
Instructions
- Place flanken ribs into pressure cooker
- Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over the flanken ribs
- Cook at high for 25 minutes and follow the instructions for quick release
- Broil ribs on high for 5 minutes each side til charred
- While ribs are charring, reduce liquid from the pot in a small saucepan over medium heat
- Serve ribs with sauce poured over
