Traditional Shakshuka is eggs cooked in spiced tomatoes. This beef version is all of the flavor with none of the plant toxins!

Ingredients

6.75 oz / 190g ground beef

2 eggs

1/2 T / 7g butter

salt to taste

Instructions

  1. cook ground beef in frying pan over medium heat
  2. once cooked, stir in butter
  3. make wells for eggs, cover, and cook for additional 3-5 mins or until eggs are at desired doneness
