beef shakshuka
Traditional Shakshuka is eggs cooked in spiced tomatoes. This beef version is all of the flavor with none of the plant toxins!

Ingredients
6.75 oz / 190g ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 T / 7g butter
salt to taste
Instructions
- cook ground beef in frying pan over medium heat
- once cooked, stir in butter
- make wells for eggs, cover, and cook for additional 3-5 mins or until eggs are at desired doneness
