Traditional stroganoff has more steps and ingredients. This is a simple version made with no-carb noodles.

Ingredients

6.75 oz / 190g ground beef

1 oz / 25g cream cheese

2 eggs

salt to taste

Instructions

  1. cook ground beef in pan over medium heat
  2. while the beef is cooking, beat eggs together
  3. pour eggs into frying pan, spreading thinly over the bottom of the pan (only cook 2 eggs at a time in a large frying pan, you want the batter to set as thinly as possible for flexible noodles)
  4. cook the thin egg crepe for 30 seconds – 1 minute per side
  5. once cooked, roll the egg crepe and slice into noodles
  6. once cooked, mix in cream cheese until melted, adding water as needed til saucy
  7. serve the beef over egg noodles
