carnivore chicken chimichangas
Have you ever had a chimichanga? It is basically a fried burrito. This version is made with zero carbs using my carnivore chicken tortilla recipe.
Ingredients
8 oz / 250g chicken
4 / 120g egg whites
2 eggs
1/4 cup / 60mL water
salt to taste
Instructions
- blend together all ingredients, you want a thin batter
- butter a skillet and place over medium heat
- pour batter into the pan, carefully swirling to spread the batter in an even circle
- cook for 2 minutes on each side
- fill the chimichangas with your chosen filling & wrap into closed burrito
- to air-fry: cook at 400F / 200C for 7 mins

cooked ground pork sausage & coconut aminos (add garlic and ginger if you are not sensitive to them for extra asian vibes)
Breakfast Chimichanga
cooked ground beef, slightly undercooked slutty eggs, & cheese
Chicken and Sour Cream Chimichanga
cooked chicken thighs (air-fried for 20 mins at 400F), 1 T sour cream, 1 T cream cheese and 1 T shredded cheddar
