carnivore kiev loaf
If you like chicken kiev but don’t like the hassle, try this kiev loaf! This is a great meal prep or feed-a-crowd meal option.

Ingredients
500 g/1 lb chicken mince
1 egg
50 g/ 2 oz cheddar
150 g garlic and herb boursin
25 g / 1 oz pork rinds
50 g / 2 oz parm cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 C /350 F fan
- Salt chicken mix, mix in the egg, and add ½ to buttered loaf pan
- Shred cheddar cheese and mix with boursin
- Fill center with cheese mix
- Top with 2nd ½ of chicken
- Make topping by mixing together grated parm and crushed pork rinds
- Add topping to kievloaf and bake for 35-40 minutes (watch and cover top with foil if needed)
- Let cool til set and serve
**if not using fan, 200 C / 400 F
