1lb country style sausage
4 oz cream cheese
4-8 oz heavy cream
Instructions
- Brown sausage in a skillet over medium heat
- Drain excess fat
- Turn heat to low and add cream cheese, stirring until melted
- Once cream cheese is melted, pour in heavy whipping cream until desired consistency is reached
- Heat until sauce bubbles and serve
- Optional: serve with poached eggs and hollandaise on an egg bun
