chicken-crust pizza

Ingredients
9oz shredded cooked chicken
1 egg
Toppings as shown:
1 oz cream cheese
1/4 c shredded mozzarella
5-7 pepperonis
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450F
- Spread chicken out on parchment paper
- Dehydrate in the oven for 5 minutes
- Mix together egg and chicken and form into pizza shape on parchment paper
- Bake for 5-7 minutes, depending on the thickness of your pizza, you want to be able to pick up a slice
- Assemble the pizza! Spread the cream cheese, top with cheese and pepperoni
- Bake for 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted
