chicken gnocchi mac & cheese au gratin

You don’t have to miss pasta with this chicken gnocchi recipe, mac & cheese is back on the table!

Ingredients

carnivore chicken gnocchi

1 c heavy whipping cream

1.5 oz white cheddar

1.5 oz gruyere

pork rinds

parmesan

Instructions

  1. make gnocchi
  2. preheat oven to 350F / 180C fan
  3. fry gnocchi in butter
  4. heat heavy whipping cream to a light simmer
  5. add cheese slowly, adding more as each addition melts
  6. mix gnocchi into cheese mixture
  7. pour into gratin and bake for 10 mins
  8. Top with pork rinds and parmesan mixture and broil on hi for 5 minutes (watch it so it doesn’t burn!)
