chicken gnocchi mac & cheese au gratin
You don’t have to miss pasta with this chicken gnocchi recipe, mac & cheese is back on the table!

Ingredients
1 c heavy whipping cream
1.5 oz white cheddar
1.5 oz gruyere
pork rinds
parmesan
Instructions
- make gnocchi
- preheat oven to 350F / 180C fan
- fry gnocchi in butter
- heat heavy whipping cream to a light simmer
- add cheese slowly, adding more as each addition melts
- mix gnocchi into cheese mixture
- pour into gratin and bake for 10 mins
- Top with pork rinds and parmesan mixture and broil on hi for 5 minutes (watch it so it doesn’t burn!)
