Soft-scrambled eggs and no-carb egg white bread make this breakfast staple carnivore and delicious!

Ingredients

200 g or 6 egg whites

pinch of cream of tartar

1/4 c unflavored whey protein isolate

pinch of salt

eggs (for dipping)

Instructions

For the bread:

  1. preheat oven to 180 C / 350 F fan
  2. whip egg whites and cream of tartar to stiff peaks
  3. fold in 1/4 c protein powder and pinch of salt
  4. add to buttered loaf tin
  5. bake for 45 minutes
  6. crack oven with a spoon and allow to cool as slowly as possible, preferably overnight
  7. slice into soldiers and toast in butter

For the eggs:

  1. bring a saucepan of water to boil
  2. add room temperature eggs and boil for 4-5 minutes
  3. immediately remove the eggs from heat and dunk the eggs in ice water
