easy crispy air-fried chicken wings
Once you start air-frying your chicken wings, you will wonder what you have been doing your whole entire life.
Ingredients
1 cup / 250mL Buttermilk
1/2 lb / 250g Chicken Wings
5 T / 70g Butter
1 clove Garlic (optional)
1 oz / 25g Parmesan
Instructions
1. marinate chicken wings in buttermilk (make your own by adding a splash of lemon juice or vinegar to milk) for at least one hour, flip marinade every 30 minutes until ready to cook
2. pat chicken dry, salt to taste, and place a single layer of wings in a pre-heated air-fryer basket
3. fry wings at 400F / 200 C for 7-10 minutes each side
4. while the wings cook, melt your butter in a saucepan with minced garlic (optional)
5. once the wings cook on one side, flip and cook at 400F / 200C for another 7-10 minutes
6. remove wings from air-fryer and pour butter/garlic mixture over the top, toss together, sprinkle with grated parmesan, and toss again
