egg and cheese taco omelet
This omelet was the best thing to come out of my carnivore budget challenge. I dare you not to love this!
Ingredients
2 eggs
2 slices of bacon
1oz / 25g cheese
salt to taste
Instructions
- fry bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, remove from pan and set aside
- fry cheese in even layer in the bottom of the pan until bubbling
- crack eggs onto cheese, salt to taste, and immediately cover with lid
- once eggs are cooked, fill with bacon, fold in half into taco and serve
