fluffy cloud eggs
These fluffy cloud eggs are so easy to make and so fun to eat! I have made them in batches of up to 6 at a time to easily feed a crowd.
Ingredients
3 eggs
1/2 oz / 12g cheese (optional)
salt to taste
Instructions
- preheat oven to 425F / 220C fan
- prep baking tray with parchment
- separate eggs and whip the whites with salt to stiff peaks
- finely shred the cheese and gently fold into egg whites
- place whites in mounds onto the tray and create wells in the center of each mound
- bake for 3 mins at 425F / 220C fan
- remove the tray from the oven and gently place yolks into the egg white wells
- bake for an additional 3 mins at 425F / 220C fan
