ground beef frittata
This recipe is ridiculously simple to make! Ground beef frittata is delicious whether it is eaten fresh or prepped ahead.
Ingredients
4.5 oz / 125g ground beef
3 eggs
1 oz / 25g cream cheese
Instructions
- preheat oven to 180 c / 350 F fan
- cook ground beef in frying pan over medium heat
- once cooked, remove from heat, and add cream cheese and stir til melted
- cool slightly, pour beaten egg over the top and bake for 10-15 mins til eggs are set
