lady carnivory’s slutty eggs
These are technically French slow scrambled eggs, I discovered these when someone introduced me to the concept through the Egg Slut restaurant – thus, the title – Slutty Eggs!

Ingredients
1 T butter
2 eggs
Instructions
- add butter and eggs to an unheated frying pan
- turn the frying pan onto a low-medium heat and stir the eggs and butter non-stop until combined
- the eggs should still look creamy and slightly under-done but all egg white should be set
