meaty breakfast egg muffins
These meaty breakfast egg muffins are excellent for on-the-go meal prep. I love minimum-effort staple recipes like this one.
Ingredients
4.5 oz / 125g ground beef
2 slices of bacon
4 eggs
salt to taste
Instructions
- preheat oven to 350F / 180 C fan
- place pan large enough to fit muffin tin filled with a touch of water in over
- grease 4 wells of a muffin tin
- fry chopped up bacon in a skillet over medium heat
- once cooked, scoot to the side and cook ground beef in bacon fat
- once cooked, mix eggs, bacon, and ground beef, pour into muffin tin
- bake for 15-18 minutes or until eggs are set
