no-carb chocolate pudding
I originally titled this “angel delight” because that was the inspiration for the recipe but to the American’s out there – this is pudding.
Ingredients
1 egg yolk
100 mL / 1/2 c heavy cream
50 mL / 1/4 c heavy cream (for whipping)
pinch of cream of tartar
optional: vanilla extract, cocoa powder, protein powder
Instructions
- heat all ingredients together in a saucepan until thickened (add flavorings as desired at the end)
- transfer to ramekins and refrigerated (ideally overnight)
- whip hwc with pinch of cream of tartar and top before serving
