Ingredients

4 eggs

1/4 cup / 60mL carnivore hollandaise

1 T mustard (optional)

salt to taste

Instructions

  1. hard boil eggs, peel, and remove yolks
  2. mash the yolks with carnivore hollandaise, mustard, and salt to taste
  3. re-fill the halved hard-boiled eggs with the mixture and top with salmon roe or chopped and fried canadian bacon
