no-carb egg buns
I missed sandwich formats, but I didn’t miss the health issues I had from carbs so I created these no-carb egg buns!
Ingredients
1 egg
salt to taste
Instructions
- preheat oven to 180 C /350 F fan
- separate eggs and whip whites to stiff peaks
- gently fold in egg yolk and salt to taste
- distribute into buttered bun tin (or muffin tin, or bake on baking tray)
- bake for 7-10 minutes until whites have set
