oven-baked pork country ribs
Pork Country Ribs! Have you tried these? They actually aren’t ribs at all, they are strips from the pork shoulder 🐷
Ingredients
1-2lbs pork country ribs
salt to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 300F
2. Place “ribs” in a glass pan and season well
3. Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil
4. Bake for two hours
5. Uncover and drain the juice from the pan
6. Turn the oven down to 275F and bake, uncovered for an additional hour
7. Flip the ribs halfway through to cook evenly
