philly cheesesteak in an egg wrap

Ingredients
4.5 oz / 125g ground beef
1 egg
1 oz / 25g cream cheese
salt to taste
Instructions
- cook ground beef in frying pan
- while the ground beef is cooking, beat egg together
- once the ground beef is cooked, stir in cream cheese, adding water as needed until creamy
- in a separate large frying pan, fry beaten egg in thin even layer for 30 seconds per side
- fill the egg crepe with ground beef mixture and wrap
- crisp both sides of the wrap, adding butter as needed
