Ingredients
4 oz cream cheese at room temp
1 teaspoon of sour cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
3 teaspoons of half and half
1 small egg at room temp
Instructions
- preheat the oven to 300F
- grease 4-inch ramekin with butter
- in a small bowl, mix together all ingredients but the egg til smooth
- beat in the egg til just combined, do not overmix
- pour into the ramekin and smooth out the mixture, tapping the ramekin against the counter to remove any air bubbles
- place the ramekin in a larger dish and fill the outside dish with hot water until it reaches halfway up the sides of the ramekin
- bake for 35-40 minutes until set
- cool in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving
